马赫什瓦拉姆·室利·希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙

Maheswaram Sri Sivaparvathi temple also know as “DAKSHINA KAILASM”is situated at Maheswaram(Chenkal), 26km away from Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala. Maheswaram temple is constructed entirely out of Krishna stone and wood in the traditional architecture of Kerala temple construction. Maheswaram temple is the center of ancient Hindu culture in Kerala. In front of east Nada there is a huge Nandi followed by 3 storied Rajagopuram. Maheswaram temple is the only temple in the world, where devotees can worship 12 Jyothirlingam of Lord Siva and 32 forms of Lord Ganesha at one place. Idols of Nagar and Navagraha are installed and worshipped with special poojas(offerings)at Maheswaram temple. Devotees can enter inside this eight storied Sivalingam. Maheswaram Sri Sivaparvathi temple is the culmination of service to humanity and to God by Swamy Mahaswarananda Saraswathy.

马赫什瓦拉姆•室利•希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙也被称为达克希那•凯拉萨姆（DAKSHINA KAILASM），位于马赫什瓦拉姆（Maheswaram也称Chenkal)，距离喀拉拉邦的首府特里凡特朗26公里。该神庙沿袭喀拉拉寺庙传统建筑风格，完全用克里希纳石头和木头建造而成。马赫什瓦拉姆神庙是喀拉拉邦古印度文化的中心，寺庙东前面有一个巨大南迪（神牛），后面是三层楼高的大门入口（Rajagopuram）。马赫什瓦拉姆神庙是世上唯一神庙——信徒可以在一个地方崇拜12尊湿婆神光辉灵伽（Jyothirlingam）和32尊甘尼萨神像。九大行星（Navagraha）的神像被安置在马赫什瓦拉姆神庙内，以特殊的普祭（poojas供奉)来崇拜，信徒可以进入八层楼高的希瓦灵伽内部。马赫什瓦拉姆•室利•希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙是斯瓦米•马赫什瓦拉南达•萨拉斯瓦提（Swamy Mahaswarananda Saraswathy）对人类和神的至高服务。

At north-west corner of Mahaswaram Sri Sivaparvathi temple is Mahalingam having 111 feet height. Mahalingam at Maheswaram temple is the world’s tallest Sivalingam. It is not just a massive construction that pays homage to deity but also promotes meditation. Lord Siva’s presence as yogi is highlighted in the Mahalinga, which can be experienced by the devotees. Mahalingam is constructed to foster peace in the world of unrest.Mahalingam has plenty of unique peculiarities. One of the peculiarities is its style of construction. As it is also a divine structure, elements of soil, rare ayurvedic medicines and water from holy places such as Kashi, Rameswaram were also added.

在马赫什瓦拉姆•室利•希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙的西北角是马哈灵伽（Mahalingam），他有111英尺高，是世界最高的希瓦灵伽。他不仅是顶礼神的大型建筑，也促进冥想。在马哈灵伽内，湿婆神作为瑜伽士的存在被突显，这可以被信徒体验到，马哈灵伽的建立旨在动荡的世界中促进和平。马哈灵伽有许多独特之处，一个特点是其建筑风格，由于他是一个神圣的结构，加入了土壤元素、珍稀的阿育吠陀药草和从圣地（比如瓦拉纳西、罗摩什瓦拉姆）取得的圣水。

Devotees can enter inside this Mahalingam. The construction of this Sivalingam is based on Shadadharam. There are 6 different meditation halls representing different chakra (Adhara) in human body. Those chakras are Muladhara, Swadhishthana, Manipura, Anahatha, Vishuddha and Ajna. Muladhara is the seat of physical vitality and the fundamental urge to survive. It is symbolized by a lotus with four petal.

信徒可以进入马哈灵伽内部，该希瓦灵伽的建造是基于Shadadharam。他有6个不同的冥想大厅，分别代表人体六个脉轮，这些脉轮分别是底轮（Muladhara）、脐轮（Swadhishthana）、腹轮（Manipura）、心轮（Anahatha）、喉轮（Vishuddha）、眉心轮（Ajna）。底轮是身体活力的中心，是生存的基本动力，其象征是一朵四瓣莲花。

Swadhishthana is where we develop and inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others-ego, sexuality and family. It is symbolized by as lotus with six petals within which there is a crescent moon.

脐轮是我们发展内在自我意识和外在他人意识（私我、性和家庭）的地方，其象征是六瓣莲花，里面有一轮新月。

Manipura is located at the center of the body,it is the place where physical energy is distributed. It is symbolized by a downward pointing triangle with ten petals.

腹轮位于身体的中心，是身体能量分配的地方，其象征是一个向下的三角形，有十个花瓣。

Anahata is the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love. It is the bridge connecting the lower and higher energies of our being and is the place where out spirit, our true self (free and independent) resides. Anahata is symbolized by circular flower with twelve petals.

心轮是真正的和无条件的爱、灵性成长、慈悲、奉献和爱的中心。它是连接我们生命的较低和较高能量的桥梁，是我们的灵性、真我（自由和独立）之所，其象征实12瓣圆形花。

Vishuddha is the center for communication,self-expression and creativity. This is where the inner voice of one’s truth is expressed. It is represented by a silver crescent within a white circle with 16 petals.

喉轮是沟通、自我表达和创造力的中心，这是个人真相的内在声音被表达的地方，其象征是16花瓣组成的白色圆圈，里面是一轮银月。

Ajna is the seat of intuition and direct spiritual vision; it is here that we visualize things through our “third eye“of intuitive knowledge. The opening of the third-eye corresponds with spiritual awakening. It is symbolized by a lotus with two petals.

眉心轮是直觉和直接灵性视觉之所，在这里，我们通过“第三眼”的直觉知识来想象事物，第三眼睁开与灵性觉醒对应，其象征是2瓣莲花。

Meditation halls representing Muladhara, Swadhishthana,Manipura, Anahatha, Vishuddha and Ajna are colored red, orange, yellow, green,blue and indigo respectively.

代表着底轮、脐轮、腹轮、心轮、喉轮、眉心轮的冥想大厅分别是红色、橙色、黄色、绿色、蓝色和靛蓝色。

In addition to the 6 meditation halls there exist another 2 halls, one at the bottom and other at the top of the Mahalingam.Devotees are allowed to meditate at each meditation hall by knowing about and concentrating on symbols of each chakra present there. Through meditation at Mahalingam, devotees can attain self-realization (Aham Brahmasmi). and stop them from search for god and solutions to their problem.

除了6个冥想大厅之外，还有另外2个大厅，一个在马哈灵伽的底部，另一个在顶部。信徒被允许在每一个冥想大厅内冥想，认知和专注于存在于那里的每个脉轮的符号。在马哈灵伽内冥想，信徒可以获得自我觉悟（Aham Brahmasmi），停止他们寻找神和其问题的解决方案。

In the prayer hall (at the bottom of Sivalingam), there is a large Sivalingam. This is for the devotees to realize the fact that one should worship his own god by himself. Here devotees themselves can worship lord Siva and can proceed to the next meditation halls to meditateby concentrating on symbols of each Adhara and finally devotees can reach Kailasam which is at the top level Mahalingam. There each devotee can reach at the Sannidhi of Sri Sivaparvathi at Kailasm. Lotus with 1000 petals representing Sahasrara chakra can also be seen there. At this highest level one can realize the ultimate truth “Aham Brahmasmi”.

Way to the top level of the Mahalingam is spiral shaped and is engulfed by a cave like atmosphere and plenty of carvings (of Monks)pertained to meditation. Inside Mahalingam, 108 different Sivalingams and 64 forms of Lord Siva can be seen. The serene atmosphere inside the Sivalingam gives a rich spiritual experience to each devotee who visits Maheswaram Sri Sivapavathi temple.

通往马哈灵伽顶部的通道是螺旋形的，浸润着洞穴般的氛围和众多（僧侣）冥想雕刻。在马哈灵伽内部，可以看到108种不同希瓦灵伽和湿婆神64面相。希瓦灵伽内宁静的氛围给每一位朝圣马赫什瓦拉姆·室利·希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙的信徒带来丰富的灵性体验。

Most of us pray to god only for our own well-being.But a person who prays for the welfare of entire mankind is the real worshipper. This is repeatedly pronounced by swamy Mahaswarananda Saraswathy,the chief priest of Maheswaram Sri Sivaparvathi temple. He prays and works for “Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavanthu”which means let the world would live peacefully-let us share and care for each other. 'Devaprashnam'conducedat the temple revealed that around 5000 years back there was a temple at the same place similar to the present Maheswaram temple which was looked after by a miraculous spiritual monk and that Swamy Mahaswarananda Saraswathy is the reincarnation of that miraculous monk. Swamiji organizes a number of charitable activities, Vedic-moral classes and also runs a school of art and music.

我们多数人向神祈祷只是为了我们自己的幸福，但是为全人类福祉而祈祷的人才是真正的崇拜者，这就是马赫什瓦拉姆•室利•希瓦帕瓦蒂神庙的首席祭司斯瓦米•马赫什瓦拉南达•萨拉斯瓦提，他反复祈祷和致力的“让世界居于和平，让我们彼此分享和关爱”（Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavanthu）。德瓦普拉什纳姆寺庙占星（Devaprashnam）揭示约5000年前，在同一地方存在一个神庙，与现在的马赫什瓦拉姆神庙相似，它由一位神奇的灵性僧侣主持，而斯瓦米•马赫什瓦拉南达•萨拉斯瓦提就是那位神奇僧侣的转世。斯瓦米吉组织了许多慈善活动、吠陀正法课程，还开办了一所艺术和音乐学校。

小编按：我们于10月初朝圣了该神庙，并募捐了一些善款，有幸与该神庙主持斯瓦米•马赫什瓦拉南达•萨拉斯瓦提交谈。他向我们介绍了建造该神庙的缘起：他过去五十多年间，每天不间断的祈祷和普祭，终于获得湿婆神的恩典，在各方资源的支持下，得以建造这个世界最高湿婆灵伽神庙。他说马哈灵伽内的108尊灵伽正在募集善款，这是千载难逢的善缘和无上殊荣。目前60尊灵伽已得到信徒募捐，还有48尊尚在募集善款，每尊灵伽约合人民币5000元。我们将于近日将灵伽善款转给该神庙，希望供奉做功德的朋友们可加我们微信，我们将在微信朋友圈公布每笔捐款金额、汇款凭证和寺庙收据。这将是您献给湿婆神的虔诚供奉，也是您留给世人的一份尊贵礼物。感恩您所做的功德！
